The electrical insulator (93851-S) must be installed whenever electric spot welding equipment is suspended from the balancer. It should be installed with the strain clevis end attached to the cable socket with the Crosby/Bullard hook pointed downward. The installation must conform to all local electrical safety requirements.

The 93851-S is manufactured using two metal inserts molded in fiberglass reinforced polyester compound of high mechanical and electrical strength. For added safety the connecting thread is pinned.

Cantilever Strength 6,500 lbs.

Compression Strength 30,000 lbs.
